Sand dealing involves pulverizing raw silica sand into a fine powder and mixing it with water to create a slurry. This sand slurry serves as the primary structural base, providing the necessary silica for the chemical reaction that forms high-strength blocks.
Lime dealing involves crushing high-calcium quicklime into a fine powder to act as a primary binder. When mixed with water, it generates the heat required to trigger the chemical expansion that creates the lightweight, porous structure of the blocks.
Batching and mixing is the automated process of weighing and blending sand slurry, lime, cement, and gypsum. A computerized system ensures precise ratios to create a consistent, reactive mixture before it is poured into molds for rising.

Packing and storage involves palletizing finished blocks and securing them with high-tension straps and protective film. The pallets are then moved by forklifts to a dry, ventilated warehouse, ensuring they remain protected and ready for rapid dispatch.
